Terms and boundaries
Booking
Everyone begins with a free discovery call. Paid sessions are not open for booking before that conversation has happened — we arrange your times together afterwards, and I send you the link you need.
At the beginning of a programme you can book all six or twelve sessions at once. Once I have your first booking, I send you the payment link.
Rescheduling
You can reschedule any session, free of charge, using the link in your booking confirmation, with one day's notice. If something comes up on the day itself, that session cannot be moved.
Cancellations and refunds — online sessions
Cancellations and rearrangements are possible within a programme, but there are no refunds once you have booked and paid. These programmes are containers for a process, and they are not refundable if you decide not to complete them.
Cancellations and refunds — in-person retreats
After the retreat dates are booked, full payment secures the booking and is not refundable, because I will have booked my time, my travel and our practice space.
Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in a retreat. Refreshments and snacks are provided. Retreats are held in quality private locations in harmonious surroundings.
Aftercare
Arranging your aftercare following a retreat is yours to do, by booking your next online sessions to support your integration. The retreat opens something; the weeks after it are where it is lived.
Between sessions
Communications about home practice, guidance and support are by email. For quick messages — a last-minute change to timings or plans — WhatsApp on +44 7540 571745 is the most direct.
Anything you write between sessions is read and taken up at the next one rather than answered in the moment, so that it can be given proper attention.
When I work
Sessions are on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The times are early in the UK day and are chosen to work across East Africa, Europe, the UK and the Americas.
I take annual leave in August, and from 20 December to 20 January. I am also away from my desk in April, when the year's training intake begins, and in October, when I teach the in-person embodiment intensive.
Retreats are in person, in Devon or London, and only while I am in the UK. The 2026 weekends are 21–22 November, 28–29 November and 5–6 December.
Professional boundaries
I work clothed. What will happen in a session is named before it happens, and can be stopped at any point without explanation and without cost. Practices drawn from tantric traditions are facilitated with consent, an understanding of trauma and neurobiology, and the right use of power.
Changing your mind part way through is not an interruption of the work. It is the work.
The full statement of what I am accountable for — material, physical, mental and emotional, safety, sexual, trauma-informed, spiritual, dual roles, communications and repair — is on the professional boundaries page.
Duty of care
When an old version of a person is being updated, there are other people in that person's life who also feel it. Part of what these sessions are for is integrating new ways of being into the life you actually have, and learning to co-create relationship agreements that are more congruent than the ones you inherited.
Ethics and speaking up
I follow the Codes of Ethics of the Association of Somatic and Integrative Sexologists and the Association of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers.
If something in a session does not work for you, saying so is welcome and will be met with a repair process, not a defence. If the concern is about a practitioner trained with us, you can write to home@relationalharmony.institute or arrange a speaking-up session. That clinic runs in February, March, April, May, June, July, September and November, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Confidentiality
What happens in a session stays in it. I write about patterns, never about people: nothing I publish names a client, quotes a client, or describes a case in a way that could identify anyone.
