Embodying intimacy,
inhabiting new ways of being
Most people arrive knowing only that something has become somewhere they manage rather than somewhere they live. That is enough to start from.
I am an Art Psychotherapist, a Somatic Intimacy Coach and Bodywork practitioner. I work with individuals and couples, online and in person, and I train practitioners through the Relational Harmony Institute. The work joins art psychotherapy with embodiment practice and with Body Poem™, a practice I originated for listening to what the body and the dreams are already saying.
What I am curious about, across all of it, is what supports us in learning to feel more, fear less, and confidently trust our spontaneity.
Let's begin with a conversation. It costs nothing, and it commits you to nothing.

The InstituteIt may be challenging to find the courage to inhabit the new ways of being your life is longing for. We find the calm water and go in there, and then again, and then again, until courage has earned your trust and the trust of the ones around you in your life.
Writing
Essays, and the books behind them
I write about what I have witnessed in intimate work — consent and the structures that hold it, shame, limerence and repair, and why a frightened body cannot learn. The essays are free to read. The books they come from are in preparation.
Starting
A free discovery call
Forty-five minutes, on Zoom or WhatsApp. No cost, and no obligation on either side. This is where we find out whether working together is right — for you, and for me.
You do not need to arrive knowing what you want. We will talk about what has brought you here and what you would like to be different. I will tell you plainly how I work, what happens in a session, and what it costs. If I am not the right person, I will say so, and point you somewhere better where I can. Nothing is decided on the call.
